Heathwood Old Towne Acres
The Heathwood Old Towne Acres neighborhood is a welcoming, active community in the heart of West Ashley. Our 370 homes are bordered by Olde Towne Rd., Ashley River Rd., and Ashley Hall Rd. allowing easy access to downtown, North Charleston, and Citadel Mall.
We are within walking and biking distance to Lenevar Playground, Ashley Landing Plaza, Charlestown Landing, and Olde Towne Creek County Park. We are only a short drive to St. Andrews Library, St. Andrews Fitness, and W. L. Stevens Swimming Pool.
As a neighborhood association (not an HOA), our focus is on connection, community, and keeping things neighbor-friendly. We ask for a small $10 annual contribution from residents to help support neighborhood events and activities throughout the year.
